Yes you can cancel your order (either pay on cash or debit card) within 5 minutes of placing your orders. Please note that you cannot cancel your order later on because your order would have been already processed from the restaurant/shop side. If your order was late beyond the delivery promise time of the restaurant/shop, you may also cancel your order. For debit cards orders please read our debit cards terms and conditions.
Yes. You can rate / write a review about your favorite places. You can simply go to ‘detail page’ tab on the review and add text, photo, video review, and you can rate the places by choosing one on the smiley faces available on the detail page of the place. Please note that reviews are uploaded online, and can be deleted by allawayn if it contain un-wanted review. Also the user should login to add review or comments and rate the places. Please read this section of our Terms and Conditions for more information about our reviews policy.
